CONTEST TERMS

Winners get a backstage meetup with the artist they selected when entering, during MYRCHFEST 2026 on Sunday 09 August 2026 at Zuiderpark, Den Haag. Multiple winners can be drawn per artist. The prize is personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. A valid festival ticket and ID are required to redeem the prize; the meetup takes place at a time and location designated by the organisation.

Entry is free and open to anyone aged 18 or older, or younger with parental consent. One entry per person — extra chances ("entries") can be earned through the official share and referral actions on this site. Employees of the organisation and the artists' teams are excluded.

Pick your favorite artist, enter your name and email, and you're in the draw with 1 entry. Each verified share action earns +1 entry (once per platform per day) and each friend who enters through your personal referral link earns you +3 entries. More entries = a bigger chance, but every valid participant can win.

Winners are drawn after the entry period closes and are contacted directly by email. Chances are weighted by the number of valid entries. If a winner does not respond within 5 days, does not hold a valid festival ticket, or entered fraudulently, a new winner may be drawn. The organisation's decisions are final; no correspondence will be entered into about the results.

All entries and share actions are verified and logged. Automated entries, fake accounts, disposable email addresses, self-referrals and other manipulation lead to disqualification without notice.

Your name and email address are stored securely within the EU and used for this contest and — with your consent — the MYRCHFEST newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Your data is never sold to third parties. Questions or removal requests: info@myrchfest.nl.
